Terms and Conditions

ReminX Tablet

  • You agree to a payment plan for the tablet, where ReminX will charge your credit card $33/ month for 12 months, beginning when you submit your order. You may not exit this agreement after the first 30-day money back return period.
  • 12 months of ReminX Service is included.
  • FREE Shipping is included.
  • A Wi-Fi connection is required to use this product.
  • ReminX has a 30-day money back return policy, that begins the day it is delivered to your address. You may return the tablet by contacting customer support. If you would like to return the tablet, ReminX will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print and attached to the original shipping carton. Once the tablet has been received by ReminX, a refund will be issued to your credit card account.
  • The tablet has a one year Warranty on materials and workmanship, that begins the day it is delivered to your address. If the tablet fails during the first year due to a manufacturing defect, you may exchange it by contacting customer support. ReminX will ship you a replacement along with a prepaid return shipping label. You can use the same shipping carton of the replacement to ship back the original, which must be shipped back within 30 days of the date that you received the replacement. If the original is not received in 30 days, or if the original failed due to misuse, $299 will be charged to your credit card for the replacement tablet.

ReminX Service

  • The ReminX Service includes licensing for therapeutic music that you can choose to play on the tablet, the ability to upload photos, videos and audio files using mobile, web or messaging apps; modifying existing tablet content, customer support, and receiving feedback messages about tablet usage.
  • 12 months of ReminX Service is included. Thereafter, beginning 12 months from date of purchase, your credit card will be automatically charged $33/month for continuation of service, unless you cancel.
  • You may cancel service by contacting customer support.
  • If you elect to cancel service, your tablet will continue to function but you will no longer receive the benefits of the service.
